They operate on a weekly schedule for some 35+ employees and it is not delivered until late on Saturdays, so employees usually end up working all weekend and not being fairly rotated. No basic restaurant/bar systems in place, customers & employees are talked down to by managers. Servers are not provided with any direction from management which leads to poor customer service.

Business practices are highly suspect regarding customer credit cards BOH managers have been spotted drinking on the job - violations of their Naperville liquor license are frequent and it's suspected that managers are not B.A.S.S.E.T.
